Individual Performance Coaching
I partner with athletes and coaches to develop individualized plans for improving, repairing or optimizing their performance. Individual sessions help to improve mindset by understanding the mindset cycle and learning to remove barriers to performing at our best. Skills may include setting and smashing goals, self-talk, performance routines, overcoming pressure, managing adversity and more. It takes practice. We are used to practicing physical skills but how much time are you practicing and preparing mentally? Let's get to work and start to LIVE EYES UP!
